Looking for Wintec Saddles

I am looking for a BROWN 18" Wintec Wide English Saddle.
New or Used, without fittings and with CAIR panels if possible.
OR
A BROWN 18" Wintec 2000 English Saddle.
New or Used, without fittings and with CAIR panels if possible.

Something that looks like this-

I prefer the longer girth straps.
